- Additional costs that may occur throughout the year would include class parties and sports for grades K3-6th grade. Class trips and yearbook purchases for grades K3-12th grades.
- Graduation costs are to be expected for Kindergarten, 6th grade and 12th grade.
Discounts
Family Discounts
10% Military discount available for both active and veteran parents, as well as legal guardians. Verification required.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Pay in full: 3% discount if paid in full by Friday, July 3, 2026. $20 FACTS fee to set up your account
- Monthly: Payments over 12 months beginning July 2026, on either the 5th or 20th of each month. $50 FACTS fee to set up your account
A FACTS fee is charged when FACTS receives your contract. Contracts must be signed before student can attend.
REFUND POLICY
Tuition will be refunded accordingly:
- 100% of tuition will be refunded if withdrawn within 7 school days
- 75% of tuition will be refunded if withdrawn within 14 school days
- 50% of tuition will be refunded if withdrawn within 21 school days
- 25% of tuition will be refunded if withdrawn within 28 school days
- No refund after 29 school days unless approved (exceptions will be considered)
Fees are not refundable. International Student tuition and fees are not refundable.
Payments are budgeted over 12 months beginning in July 2024. Payments are withdrawn either the 5th or the 20th of the month. A $50 FACTS fee is charged to set up your account.
