PAYMENT POLICY:

Tuition fees are payable by three options -

QUARTERLY PAYMENTS - due July 2, 2009; October 2, 2009;

CVCS ACH DEBIT automatic monthly payment plan - payments are budgeted

|
|
over 12 months beginning July, 2009. Payments are withdrawn either the

|
|

5th or 20th of the month. A $35.00 fee will be due at registration.

PAYMENTS MADE DIRECTLY TO CVCS CAN NOW BE BY CREDIT CARD
